Strawberry Picking

A few of us girls and their kids decided to go to a very cute farm near by where you can pick your own strawberries. It was such a fun thing to do, and the fresh berries are to die for:) if you have a place like this near you I highly recommend going.

Roller Coaster Capital If the World!

I love my husbands work sometimes:) they took us all to Cedar Point!! It was so much fun. Some of you may have seen it on the Travel Channel, it has the greatest metal roller coasters in the world!! Man are they scary!

As you can see it was a great day! By the time we were heading back to the car it started pouring as you can see in the last pic, we were soaked! Completely! Ok so I have very strong opinions about certain issues, politics etc. My point of this blog is to show my family and friends what's going on with us since we are living away from them part of the year. Right now I am going to change it up just a bit. Mark and I have spent a lot of time watching CNN lately and I am sure a lot of you have also. I am so bugged by this oil "spill" as they call it, I think it's a bit bigger then that! These pictures just break my heart and they are only a tiny piece of the damage it's causing. People are saying that we will see the effects of this for at least the next 10 years. This is crazy! So anyway I am just annoyed by this and the more they show these animals affected on TV it's just killing me. Don't get gas at BP!! We have a very convenient BP gas station on the corner here and we are going out of our way to get gas elsware.

Pool Party!!

We had an office party at the pool! Yay for warm weather is all I have to say. It was a fun party, we had lunch and then all the guys played football in the pool with a buttered up watermelon. It made for some good times that's for sure. Sooo funny. Then a few days later we girlies decided to have a little Birthday partay for Steph at the pool. We had lunch, chatted, played in the water with all the kids, and got a good tan! Happy Birthday!
