Long awaited Lagoon post

A little over 2 months ago right when Mark got home from the summer, we decided to go to Lagoon. My sisters and I try to go every year so Tawn and Trist came with us. Sorry tress she is prego, we missed ya. This was probably the most fun I have ever had there. Mark was so excited to do fun stuff he was down for anything and everything there. So we got to go on the huge sky coaster swing, we went on the catapult 2x! It was rad! I of course go extremely sick by the time we left. It was so worth it though. Here are tons of pics. Enjoy! Getting ready and very nervous Tristan and Tawn soaring high. So fun...everyone should do this ride! This was fun, we had no idea what it was going to be like. They have cameras on our faces so people can watch our reactions. It's a totally different feeling then we thought. Loved it so we did it again! I highly recommend this ride as well. Oh...My...Gosh

This is the best movie ever made! Ok so I am obviously a MJ fan alllll the way!! Love him. If you are at all please see this movie. It rocks!

October Festivities 1 of 2 maybe

This post is just a bit backwards, but who cares right? Pictures are all anybody wants! Our good friends Cole and Kylee invited us over for a delightful night of pumpkin carving! I was excited because this was our 2nd time this year therefore I got to practice up my new found skills!! oh yeah! I love you Kylee for all the pictures you took, I think I was a bit hyper and just a tad camera crazy! All in good fun right?! Anyway, She was the best hostess, Her cute pops was the judge of the pumpkins and we all got great prizes (hence the picture of me above :) Mark won funniest pumpkin so I got to enjoy his funny prize) Thanks guy for a wonderful night! The awesome chicks! I really have so much fun with these girls. They let me be my crazy self! The whole group (see how the posts are a bit backwards, Love me for it) Mark and I haven't carved pumpkins in oh about 7 years!! Crazy right? Last time I did it you just carve triangular faces, this year was mucho fun with the stencils. I of course pick the most simple ones, it's so hard! We had a fun night with a bunch of friends carving, eating delish treats and ending the night with Beatles Rock Band!! Mo and Mark

Astle Family Bike Ride

I think we make it pretty obvious sometimes that we are from California. We love us some beach cruisers. This is one of our favorite things to do together. I wish Mark and I were around were around during the summer so we could ride more. Dang I really miss my family! Sooo happy to be home. ( wow mark is sure looking good isn't he? ) haha Garrit, I know what you're thinking....it's cool i swear Tristan and Marco Gavin chasing dad on the scooter Brandon forgot his cruiser and got stuck on the akward mountain bike :) we love you Chad, his cute 2 little boys walker and maddox were following him. My brother lives right next to the Orem mall so it was fun the play in the parking lot on sunday when nobody was around.

Wonderful Weekend

2 Weeks ago we went to the Elders cabin in Fairview for the weekend to play on our new 4 wheeler and see the beautiful fall colors. I took soooo many pictures so here are a few that sum up all the fun we had.

Everybody went shooting which is always fun :) We played on a fun track for 4 wheelers and the Rhino and go completely, ridiculously dirty. click on this picture to enlarge. It's just nasty. Geoff took us to a pond nearby to go off this rope swing. Ok so Mark and I actually did this an you all know he HATES cold water, it usually takes him 30 minutes to get into the ocean or pool. He jumped right in! It was the coldest water I have ever been in. Icy cold, we could hardly talk swimming back to the edge. Every time we go here we always play on the old ski lift. It's fun and the view from up there is so pretty. Thanks elders you are so good to us!!

Last Day of Summer!!

What better way to celebrate the last day of summer :) Ice Blocking!!! Just so you all know this is one of my FAVORITE things to do. I will admit I generally pee my pants when we go, it's just too funny to watch the crashing and you get laughing, it just happens what can I say? So a few of my sistas and I were bored so Tristan and I decided to buy some blocks grab Tawn and the kids and head to Rock Canyon.....Here is what went down.

Loving Utah

We are finally back and settled and Mark is home too!! We have been really enjoying the weather and our families lately. Life always seems to be crazy when we come back from a summer but we enjoy every minute of it. Before we left New York I got to go to some of my favorite spots of the summer. Here are a few pics of what I'll miss :)

What we've been up to!

It's been a while since I've posted some fun stuff. Here are the things we've been up too. We had a fun party for Marks Birf, there he is opening gifts!

Mark and I went to Madame Tussuad's Wax Museum in Manhattan last week. It was fun to chill with the "stars". You know it! Just having myself a little chat with Julia:) Mark with his new besties, we all love em. oh ya N'Sync Bill Clinton loves Mark and had to come over to Bust him. Bill was a bit sweaty for some reason, super humid here. The Woods fam came to visit so we decided to take our last trip to the City and go on the night tour. It's so beautiful. I leave for Utah tomorrow, Woot Woot! I will miss Mark soo much. He still has a month to go. I loved NY and am a little sad to leave, but I miss home and my family so much so I can't wait to get back!
